- Remove 2x4 posts that hold the roof over deck
- Install 4x4 posts to hold roof over deck
- Screen entire deck
- Install wooden screen door on deck
- Remove existing stairs
- Install new pressure treated wood stairs and vinyl railings
- Install new vinyl siding
- Install new vented soffit
- Wrap with aluminum trim
